The thing I love about this program is that it is still one on one support weekly, as well as a dedicated session to plan, prioritize, and outline your goals and action steps. And the you get to take everything we do together, and everything you hear from me and put it into action.
To be most successful in this program, you should dedicate anywhere from 1 hour - 5 hours a week. I highly recommend breaking this up into smaller chunks of time. Every week, you and I will meet one-on-one for 30 minutes, the videos and practices are no longer than 1 hour, and additional time for taking action on your project should be considered.
This is a great question! The focus of this program is one space, that way you can focus and not get overwhelmed. However! Everything you learn, watch, and practice can be used in every area of your home (and life).
